Unfortunately, custom products are not eligible for return. However, don't worry; we will create a mockup for you after you submit your design. Production only begins once we receive your approval of the design.

Of course. All Logo & Custom Mat orders will have a design proof created before production. Our designers will create a proof based on your color requests and layout. The proof will be emailed to you for approval before manufacturing.

Certainly not. GLAMATS provides free mockup creation services. You'll only be charged for the product itself.

The colors you view may be greatly affected by your monitor and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate to the actual mat color.

All trade sizes indicated on the product pages are approximate. Most matting shrinks during the manufacturing process and is therefore never exactly true to the stated trade size. There is a manufacturer's tolerance of approximately +/- 3-5%.
