Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled at no charge before the advance payment is made.
  • Once the advance payment has been made and production has started, Glamats will not refund the advance payment if the order is cancelled.

Returns:

  • Glamats accepts returns for both quality issues and buyer's remorse, ensuring a comprehensive return policy that respects buyer satisfaction.
  • For all returns, please initiate the process by contacting our Customer Service at marketing@glamats.com.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Products must adhere to our return terms and conditions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • For non-quality related returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The advance payment will not be refunded.
  • To facilitate your return, warehouse return information will be provided upon confirmation of the return request.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in 30 days.
  • The refund amount will reflect the total paid for the product(s) minus any applied offer codes/discounts, promotional items, and shipping fees.

Promotional Items:

  • If returning a product that included promotional items, the choice to keep, return, donate, or dispose of the promotional items is yours.
  • Only unopened promotional items can be returned.
  • The value of any returned promotional items will be deducted from the product's return value.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Glamats fully covers returns or exchanges due to product quality issues. Returns or exchanges for reasons not related to product quality are subject to our approval and may incur shipping costs, paid by the buyer.

Returns Process:

  • For secure return shipping, we recommend using UPS/FedEx and providing a tracking number.
  • Incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt at marketing@glamats.com.

Special Notice:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • We are not liable for fees or requirements due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
