Shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or LTL Freight when appropriate, adhering to FOB (also known as f.o.b.) Shipping for all orders. For free samples, we offer free shipping, while shipping costs for purchase orders will be determined in consultation with our customer service department, taking into account the items' size, weight, and destination address. Orders will be shipped without a signature required unless otherwise requested. For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department before placing your order. Be aware that shipping charges may change due to specific customer delivery requirements and any accessorial charges that arise.
Returns
Glamats accepts returns for both quality issues and buyer's remorse, offering a comprehensive return policy that prioritizes buyer satisfaction. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at marketing@glamats.com. All returns must be started within 14 days of receiving the goods, and products must adhere to our return terms and conditions; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For returns not related to quality, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the advance payment will not be refunded. Upon confirmation of the return request, we will provide warehouse return information to facilitate your return.
Price Changes
Due to the constant variability of all outside factors, Glamats reserves the right to change any and all pricing at its sole discretion on its Web site.

Purchase orders are accepted for all purchases with prior approval. Please email our customer service department at marketing@glamats.com.
Privacy Policy
Glamats may collect information about our customers including names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers. We keep all our customer information safe and secure. All information is kept strictly for in-house use only and will never be sold, rented, or traded to any other company or individual for any reason.
Typographical Errors
Glamats recognizes that there may from time to time be typographical errors within product specifications, sizes, and pricing. In the event of a pricing error, customers will be contacted with changes. Glamats reserves the right to cancel or amend any order due to any such error.
Sizes
All trade sizes indicated in the product pages are approximate sizes. Most matting shrinks during the manufacturing process and is therefore never exactly true to the stated trade size. There is a manufacturer's tolerance of approximately +/- 3-5%.
Colors
The color swatch images that you view for each floor mat may not be the exact color of the actual fiber colors of the delivered mat. The colors that you view may be greatly affected by your monitor and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate to the actual mat color. Although every effort is made to maintain consistent dye lots between production runs, there is a possibility that a given color can vary from one run to the next and thus we cannot guarantee mat colors when purchased at different times.
Design
All Logo Mat orders will have a design proof created before production. Our Designers will create a proof based on customer color requests and layout. Proof will be emailed to the customer for approval before manufacturing.
License and use of Collaborators' designs
Glamats's services empower the designer to earn money from their design by making them immediately available for sale on a variety of products - without giving up control of their rights. You retain all of Your ownership rights, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights, in the design you submit to the Website.
By uploading the design to the Glamats, you agree that Glamats may:
- Display your design on the Website and in magazines, television shows, movies, on the Internet, and other media.
- Sell Your design
- Make modifications to your design as necessary to prepare your design for use in a particular product category or for other manufacturing purposes.
In addition, you represent that Glamats may legally make and sell merchandise incorporating your design without being obligated to make any payments to or obtain any permission from, any third party.
You may delete your design from the Glamats at any time, but due to caching and other technical issues, it may take a number of days for it to be completely removed from the Glamats. Upon the removal of the design by You or by Glamats, the licenses above will terminate, except that, to the extent any design has been incorporated into merchandise purchased and/or manufactured by Glamats prior to Your removal, Glamats may sell through all such merchandise until it is depleted.
Glamats may also continue to use your design in marketing and promotional materials if such materials were created prior to Your removal of the design from the Glamats.
Collaboration Commission Pay
GLAMATS will pay the confirmed commission to the INFLUENCER on the 5th day of each month or the next working day thereafter. The transaction fee for GLAMATS's payment of the commission will be borne by the INFLUENCER. Commission amounts less than $100 will continue to accumulate until they reach $100, at which point it will be paid. INFLUENCER can also request advance payment at any time.
