Bulk Orders
Yes, you can place orders online. GLAMATS, as a wholesaler, is dedicated to providing professional mat solutions for businesses of any size, which is why our website features trade prices.

Yes, indeed. We offer samples for free, though you will need to cover the shipping cost.

Custom Products
Unfortunately, custom products are not eligible for return. However, don't worry; we will create a mockup for you after you submit your design. Production only begins once we receive your approval of the design.
Of course. All Logo & Custom Mat orders will have a design proof created before production. Our designers will create a proof based on your color requests and layout. The proof will be emailed to you for approval before manufacturing.
Certainly not. GLAMATS provides free mockup creation services. You'll only be charged for the product itself.
The colors you view may be greatly affected by your monitor and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate to the actual mat color.
All trade sizes indicated on the product pages are approximate. Most matting shrinks during the manufacturing process and is therefore never exactly true to the stated trade size. There is a manufacturer's tolerance of approximately +/- 3-5%.
Shipping& Returns
After you inform us of the products and quantities you wish to order, our sales department will create a personalized quotation for you, including the required shipping costs from the carrier.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Currently, we have over 300 clients globally, and our products are sold in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
Delivery typically takes between 10 to 20 days following receipt of your advance payment. The exact arrival time varies based on the specific products and order quantity.
Our products are securely packaged in export-standard cartons to ensure safe transit.
We offer a range of delivery terms, including FCA, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP, to meet diverse shipping needs.
Glamats will fully cover returns or exchanges due to product quality issues; requests for returns or exchanges not related to product quality may be refused by Glamats.
Collaborations
PLAN A is suited for those with design ideas but limited time. This plan allows you to sell your designs through the GLAMATS platform. You're responsible only for uploading your design, and GLAMATS handles the rest, enabling you to easily earn commissions.
PLAN B is ideal for designers with established works and some influence. This plan focuses on transforming mature designs into high-quality products sold through your sales abilities and influence. While this plan involves some costs, GLAMATS' competitive trade prices ensure satisfactory profits.
Absolutely not. You retain all ownership rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in your submitted designs. GLAMATS is responsible only for selling your designs.
GLAMATS will pay the confirmed commission to the influencer on the 5th day of each month or the next working day thereafter. The transaction fee for the payment of the commission will be borne by the influencer.
Commissions under $100 will accumulate until they reach $100, after which they will be paid. You may also request advance payment at any time.
Returns are not accepted for products with custom attributes, except for quality issues.
If you choose PLAN A, you can delete your design from GLAMATS at any time. Due to caching and other technical issues, it may take a few days for complete removal. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for specific policies.
Certainly. These two plans are not mutually exclusive. You can earn more profits through PLAN B by utilizing your influence and sales skills, while also earning commissions more easily through PLAN A by combining your designs with GLAMATS' brand influence.
